Welcome to Estoril, Portugal, 1942 — where spies, secrets, deception and influence are everywhere. In this review, we take a look at Estoril: City of Spies, a board game of espionage and tactical positioning set against the backdrop of World War II.

In Estoril: City of Spies, players recruit a team of spies and send them into different locations around Estoril, competing for influence while trying to outmanoeuvre their opponents. With different spies offering different abilities and combinations, every game can play out very differently.
