#60: Tabling the Discussion

21. März 2019 um 11:08

We're at the table talking table talk, all the little things that get said while you're playing a board game. Sure, there's plenty to be said in a social deduction or negotiation game, but what about less talky games? What's appropriate and what isn't? Before we say something we regret, we also talk about Everdell, Concordia Venus, and Project: ELITE. 03:58 - Everdell 08:34 - Wingspan 12:07 - Concordia Venus 21:27 - Project: ELITE 25:56 - Escape: The Curse of the Temple 31:13 - Table Talk 37:01 - Codenames

#92: Matt's Crap Trams

20. März 2019 um 13:52

All aboard! In this very special tram-isode, your favourite board game podcast is going on a journey.

This chat makes stops at the enormous new Race for the Galaxy spinoff New Frontiers, both expansions for Kemet, namely Ta-Seti and Seth, and The Quest for El Dorado, before terminating at the bizarre game of Tramways.

After that, Matt had to dash off to hospital for an "adrenaline test". We're not sure what that is, but we're pretty sure it involves him putting on electrodes and then doing a kickflip. Good luck, Matt!

#60: XenoShyft and 1 vs. All vs. Coop vs. Semi-Coop vs. Vs.

Von: Pickaxe

As my father is wont to say, "Accept credit, pass blame." Actually, no, I said that, and it's my father's fault that I forgot the correct attribution. Is that how that works? At any rate, we here at SVWAG are always happy to claim responsibility for all positive developments. When and if peace breaks out anywhere, we will assert it is our doing based merely on this aside. Such is the power of our episode notes and our self-aggrandizement!
