As will be noted multiple times throughout the episode, this is a very unique show. Derek Liam is the former lead designer for Broken Token inserts and organizers. He joins Jason's Industry Nuts and Bolts series to share personal stories about five years working for Broken Token. These were fulfilling years for Derek, but also difficult ones, mainly due to the management style of the former regime at Broken Token. This is a labor story that, unfortunately, is not unique in our industry.
